Result: Signed by Governor.
Prohibits knowing dissemination of material "harmful to minors" including material that depicts "actual or simulated nudity, [or] sexual conduct". As such, it is almost certainly unconstitutional, and would prohibit online distribution of everything from safe sex information to Botticelli's most famous works. It poses serious system operator liability threats.
