Result: Pending?
Prohibits transmission of child pornography by computer and sexual solicitation of a minor by computer. Attempts to (possibly unconstitutionally) redefine "child pornography" as including completely fake computer-generated images. It also imposes sysop liability for "transmission" of child porn, real or fake. The ACLU issued a statement against the bill.

Result: Signed into law, 4/95.
Expands law that prohibits distribution of obscene material to minors to include online transmission.
